Eleanor Licata

Eleanor Licata has been in touch with the campaign side of life since before she could vote. With Seattle roots, she decided to continue her work here after a year of teaching English in Turkey. Eleanor joined The Connections Group in the summer of 2004. In her three years at The Connections Group, she has managed campaigns ranging from Superior Court Judge to Seattle City Council to Highline School Board.

Recently, Eleanor’s primary focus has been on public opinion research and outreach. Her work includes design and implementation of surveys and focus groups; data collection and analysis; and coordination of Intern Connections – the Connections Group’s team of trained interns who can help at a moment’s notice on just about any project.

During the campaign “off season” she spends time writing, editing and assembling collateral material for women campaign trainings both locally and around the world. Eleanor also works with The Center for Women and Democracy to help fundraise, organize and foster women’s leadership.
