Per-Olaf Swanson

Per-Olaf Swanson began working with The Connections Group while he was still a student at Nathan Hale High School in 2004 as an intern and has worked for The Connections Group off-and-on for four years. His major focus has been on public outreach, notably working for The Seattle Monorail Project and later running a phone bank operation in Anchorage for Conoco Phillips.

Outside of The Connections Group, Per has formed a not-for-profit, for-impact organization geared at increasing the quality of Magnuson Park and has worked as an accountant for Sound Business Services, working with political campaigns.

Per is currently a student at the University of Washington earning an undergraduate degree in Economics and is preparing for a Masters of Public Administration in the Evan’s School of Public Affairs.
