Vicki Orrico brings a breadth of knowledge in campaigns and public policy and a broad range of experience in governmental, community and legal affairs. She has managed numerous campaigns, and has run for office herself. Vicki has practiced law for over 20 years, representing various local governments and businesses. In addition to her efforts as a city attorney, she worked for two state senates (Washington and Wisconsin).

Vicki has experience in governmental relations on the national level (IRS Citizen Advocacy Panel), state level (Wisconsin Department of Development – Minority Business Development, Wisconsin State Senate and Washington State Senate Law and Justice Committee); county level (negotiating contracts between local cities and King and Snohomish counties); and local level, serving as city attorney to many municipalities and as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Bellevue.

Vicki has gained valuable insights and expertise through many years of service in diverse community endeavors: in education, as a Trustee of Bellevue Community College; in healthcare, as a Trustee of the Overlake Hospital Foundation; in women's issues, as a board member for the Center for Women and Democracy; in environment and land use, as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Bellevue; in economic development, through her work as a business attorney and as a director of Women Business Owners; in diversity and race issues, with the Wisconsin Department of Development – Minority Business Development.
